• We will bill the client directly

Project Basis
Key Features of this Model:-

• Your firm can engage Analytix in outsourcing a particular project or a set of processes on a gradually incremental basis. The engagement will be based on a Master Services Agreement between the two companies that defines the framework of operations.

• Ownership of People, Process and Resources lies with Analytix.

• The work will be carried out in United States and Analytix facilities in India.

• Analytix US office will act as a support office.

• Pricing can be structured either on a Time, Material & Expenses, or on a Fixed Fee basis subject to the agreed scope.

Staffing

• Staff can be hired for specified period of time or for specified projects by your firm

• Specific Analytix Staff will be assigned to your firm

• This gives you an ability to assign multiple projects simultaneously

• Staff will be assigned based on experience and availability

• Your firm will be provided with US based support.

• ANALYTIX will offer flexibility in operating model to work with your existing workflow and processes to do the work the way you want.

• Hire professional accountants for as low as $12 per hour.

Joint Venture with Analytix
Key Features of this Model:-

• Analytix and your firm can both agree to form an independent company.

• Analytix and your firm can both bring in investment and Analytix will provide the management, setup systems and processes, methodologies, etc.

• Operations of JV entity will be handled by Analytix and the client will be the sole customer.

• Equity is kept to minimum in the initial stages.

• The JV will report into its own board, but all day-to-day operations will be taken care of by Analytix.
